Mark Your Calendar ... for Last Night Perry and Sports Night Perry - the area's safe, fun, alcohol-free, family-oriented New Year's Eve celebration! This jam-packed gala features dozens of events held at two locations, all on December 31st in Perry, NY. Best of all, one admission fee covers all activities at both locations!
Entire families will find fun at Last Night, with over 30 performances taking place from 5:30pm-midnight! Light dining is available starting at 5:30pm for an additional fee. Parents can spend early evening enjoying street fair activities appropriate for children, such as vaudeville, clowning, face painting, Mr. Scribbles!, and craft tables, while teens can get drawn by a caricaturist, get thrilled by exotic animals or or get tutored by juggling experts.
Active audience members can line dance, explore laser tag or brush up on their limbo with local band Trilogy. And for the musically brave and daring, there's karaoke!
For a more intimate musical experience, Last Night Perry provides the "Unplugged Cafe" from 6pm until 11pm. This separate space features two musical ensembles in a mellow atmosphere, complete with professional lighting and gourmet coffee.
Later in the evening, younger family members can be entranced by a magician while Mom and Dad tap their toes to lively music, match wits in a game show, or laugh out loud at our improv comedy spotlight event.
Midnight brings a Welcome he New Year 2009 Celebration, complete with balloon drop and prize giveaway.
Sports Night is an evening of athletic activities designed to raise your spirits and get your heart pumping! Make a splash in the pool, match up against friends in dodgeball and basketball games, challenge friends on PS2 stations, experience the amazing Obstacle Course and much more! All events take place at the Perry High School from 7-11:30pm.
Guests are encouraged to ride in style between event sites in our free limo service.
We will continue the tradition of making December 31 a night when families from Wyoming County and surrounding communities can come together, celebrate and enjoy talented regional performers and exciting sports activities.
