1. Coloring contest is open to anyone who attends Last Night Perry.
2. Any type of coloring media is acceptable (crayons, pencils, markers, paint, etc)
3. Must submit completed contest sheet by 9pm, December 31st, to the person at the Entry Door table.
4. Contest judges' decisions are final.
